free drywall is a healthy way to change/repair/remodel your office. This is ideal for
when you are removing drywall or remodeling one room in your
office/home.

Dust free why and how it works
When
we start your dust free project we seal the work space with our
in-house developed non chemical system and then we apply a negative air
pressure and filter the exhaust. This creates a constant airflow from
the clean rooms to the work space and there fore eliminating the chance of
dust infecting the remainder of your home.

We
can all agree that the dust created during a office renovation
is unpleasant and and can cause allergies and irritations.
We take our commitment to dust control seriously. If we fail we will pay for a professional cleaning crew to clean up.
Commercial Facilities Maintenance Program

CFM (commercial facilities maintenance) program. The program covers all
general maintenance ranging from sticky doors, drywall and clogged toilets to
door replacements and broken windows including everything in between.
- 2 hour call out minimum
- $65.00 per hour
- No fee on parts/material
